Ok, I'm getting very sick of this. I've looked for a very long time for conjure lightning. I'm almost to level 19 and I haven't found it yet. Can someone please tell me/show me where it is? It would be greatly appreciated.

regarding Camp Rankor,
its NorthWest of Draknor's Forge

you will probably have to complete the 3 Desert missions and ascend before you are able to travel to Rankor


unless you have some hearty friends that will help you travel thru Lomar's Pass/Snake Dance
