Due to total noobishness it seems I skipped to the main game before getting all possible Skills out of Old Ascalon (I'm an Elementarist/Monk). Now there's this Guy selling them for one Skill point but I don't like that Idea. So if anybody could tell me if they are any teachers in new Ascalon able to teach them. I don't need to know where they are I just want to know IF they are.
Otherwise I might consider starting over with this charakter.

Well, i'm not 100% sure since i usually take all the possible pre-ascalon skills, but the first "skill missions" you get in post ascalon also gives (again) some of the pre-ascalon skills.
So go check your monk (sanitarium + ruins of ashford) + elem (near ambassador and, i think, piken place) to see what they offer you. I'm 100% sure the give you pre-ascalon type of skills, not sure though that those will be the ones you are missing and not some you already have...

Elementalize Azuire won't give out any pre-searing skills as quest rewards in post-searing. She seems to be unique that way.

Otherwise I might consider starting over with this charakter. since you are just starting your best bet is to start a fresh elemonk adn this time grab everything before you go
using the storage vault you can transfer all loot and gold to the new character
you will be glad to have the skill points you saved later

There are quests that give you every single skill you would normally get in pre-searing near post searing ascalon; they also give 1 new skill.

She's just playing hard to get :P
haha anyways, on topic, listen to what the other ppl aer saying. Do any quests you see that give skills as rewards, and dont go crazy right when u see a skills trainer and buy all the skills. Do some quests in the area and you may be able to unlock them without wasting money and skill points.

Here's a list of every single skill that you can get through questing. This will help you collect your pre-Searing skills without spending skill points and cash:

If a skill isn't on this list, then you'll have to buy it from a skill trainer or use a Signet of Capture to get it.

also, in pre-searing, there are some skills that are not available to the 2nd profession as quest rewards. You'll have to buy them from the trainers once you get to post-searing (unless you find them useless).
