I think there are needed some changes here, the number of weapons you can get are extremely limited and thus alot less fun...mainy it is only the upgrade items on the weapon that make it different...
Adding two-handed axes and swords as well as one-handed hammers can ballance out peoples usage of weapons and mix the masteries so peopl do not feel obligated to simply use one type.
two-handed weaponry should also be able to hit multiple targets in front of you (two-handed weapons attack slower but hit harder and i believe they should be able to hit 1-4 target that are right in front of you)
single handed axes, swords, and hammers will also have damage coordinated to their actual combo animation, right now you see the sword hitting but it only goes to the dps, we need the damage to be dealt when it LOOKS like it should be dealt (when the weapon hits the enemy...damage is dealt, not this crappy slah an enemy 4 times and get 1-2 hits through dps)
Class specific weapons are also a needed area...we have a TON of what "seem" to be class specific weapons (reuire ? death magic, or ? earth magic) but they don't actually really help that class at all...you would think a death magic truncheon would have some bonuses for death magic too...maybe "Improves Summoning Spells" or something along those lines...
This should also fix the max damage portion in some areas...now not ALL swords will have a max damage of 15-22, because the two-handed swords will have an increase in damage but slower hit rate.
(In my opinion i think the max damage thing is stupid anyways, each weapon should have its drawbacks and its advantages)
