Quit game. Reason inside.

1) played warrior, wanted to be top, dont have large group of friends, joined alot of group, most didnt know how to pvp. wasted alot of time. pissed.

2) cant join a group cause warrior not as good as monk or air ele. cant join a guild cause no one knows me.. or cant join top guild

3) running around tombs for 5 hour, do nothing.. piss offffff

4) restarted game...played 2 mission, got really bored and fell asleep..(serious) i slep at my keyboard

5) piss off, piss off.. dumping into dustbin..

oh..i also got 4 fame with henchies :P.. 4 fame in 3 weeks..HoH is the only way to gain fame..and thats what im pissed at oh oh... ^^

The devoloper i once looked highly onto them, and think they're the greatest because of the ideas and stuff...yeah ..that was history..

PS: i got to ascend in 2 days. you can say im really hardcore player.. but i do it in weekends..in weekdays..i barely play.

So...you say that the developers aren't the greatest just because you couldn't find a good party and/or guild?

It's too bad that you were so unlucky, try looking into the guild forums here, maybe you can join a nice guild and have some fun PvP

Hi thanks for reply, its not only me.. if someone were to play the game for Rank and fame, and he don't have a group of friends playing, they end up the same like me.

as for me, i've join a couple guild ..but they never on or just..ya know..lose everytime.

anyway .. gamers like me..yeah well just want fame and be top..i played alot of games so i cant really enjoy anymore..anyway i might start quitting every game for RL :P

The guilds you joined were never on or they lost all of the time? Wow all that from a couple of guilds. Ok those 2 or 3 that you joined, did you attempt in any way to help them get better ie talked strategy that helped you win? If you did and they refused to listen, yes you needed to leave but to give up after 2 or 3? Sorry, maybe it is better you leave now as it seems if something isn't going perfectly for you, you hit the leave button mighty fast.

This isn't a flame in anyway. Just seems awfully quick to leave with the few experiences you mentioned here. But hey thats my opinion, not everyone is geared the same way. Best of luck.

Wow, you sound like you're having a guild issue... perhaps you should go to the guild auditorium, and see if any guilds would like to have you.

Well now you can spend your time away from game on a creative writing course! Anyway like evrqst123 said, its no ones fault other than your own that you can't make friends in game. To be honest you sound like the kind of person that would whine and complain incessantly in a guild/group atmosphere which typically makes everyone annoyed and results in a kick or just ignore scenario. Kind of like in the old EQ days when a guildmember would just ask over and over and over and over for help with a quest when no one is available to help and then throwing a hissy fit when they didn't get their way. I apologize if I'm totally off base in my assumption, but thats what I get from the post.

Personally, I'm sitting here wondering why the hell this is on our boards. While I agree that the game is far from perfect and not for everyone, I really don't think that not being able to find a group and earn fame by playing in what's the most competitive and cutthroat PvP area at the moment is really cause for concern. Guild Wars is an online game, a multiplayer game, and a team game. To succeed you need to put in some effort and part of that effort is meeting people who can and will help you to do better. Join groups, talk to people, make friends, try out guilds and find one of your own. If you're expecting to just log on and find amazing greatness, you're in the wrong game.
