Possible Ranger nuker R/Mo

Is it possible to get a R/mo thats a nuker with holy dmg?

I play a Ranger/Mo but rarely use any of the Monk side of the table. Why? Energy. You can't have enought to share between Ranger and Monk. You need to focus on one or the other. I kinda am regretting taking Monk as secondary.

If you play a ranger and go for damage, you're screwed. Simple as that. In PvP rangers interrupt casters and inflict status effects. They don't nuke.

R/Mo combo isnt really that good. dont get me wrong. this combo is terrific for PvE. in my opinion, the only good thing about the monk secondary role is rez and healing self. one of my characters is a R/Mo20 and the only monk skills i use are rebirth, healing breeze and mend ailment.
The Red Knight
I took judges insite with 3 interupts pin down posion arrow and debilitating shot.Pretty much I am a huge pain in the ass to ele mes necro and monk. Works wonders with 14 expertise

I have a level 16 R/Mo and I have found that in PvE it is a very good and powerful build. In missions where you need to heal or "help" out the NPC or monk - it is easy to do well.
I think in high level (20+) arena battles, the monk side becomes less useful with respect to using it for healing. In PUG 4x4 I still think it is a valid design - bowman with healing skills but for 8x8 in the HoH - I think you have to switch the build to use Judges Insight like The Red Knight says above. (at least this is my impression based on what I have read and my PvP experience in the 5-10 and 10-15 arenas).
I think The Red Knight hits the mark for PvP - don't think about damage to warriors - tear up the eles, monks, and necros.
I do agree that there are easier classes to play well in PvP and if that is your primary goal, then either study here and practice at doing what rangers do well - interupt or pick a different class. If you are focusing on PvE, it is a flexible build.

Period.
Everyone and their mother is trying to do damage with a ranger, when that's only secondary. For PvE, or random arena, where you don't matter, if you really, really feel the need to run this, go with SoH, JI, and barrage, high expertise, marks, and smiting. If you're lucky, you'll be on par with a mediocre elementalist, or a good warrior, but you're certainly not going to drop a caster in seconds like true DPS specced builds.
