New patch runes?

Well I haven't found a rune since the patch but I see lots of people selling unidentified runes that don't need to be salvaged. How do you get those? Do they just drop like that or do you expert salvage a rune armor while it is unidentified?

Exactly. Use Expert Salvage kits on Un-ID'd armors. I've never heard of Runes dropping by themselves as items.
