How to do the 2nd 15 attribute point quest quest?

How do you do this quest? I have done the Hero's Challange, and I have done 1 2ndary profession. Who gives the 2nd quest, where is he, where do I getit?

She is in droknar's forge near the storage agent called vanil i think or something like that . You get 5k xp and 15 attribute points. I have done it with just henchmen but it was NOT easy.
