What kind of mods can you find on a shield linked to strenght or tactic?

so far none that ive seen, dosent mean that they dont exist, but ive picked up 70+ shields and they all have no mods on them, but energy itemso n the other hand sometime have shield mods on them, highest ive seen so far is 5 shield mod on a 11+ energy

Shields add armor, I think 16 is max, but I'm not absolutely sure about that.

Max is 16.

They all have modifers on them. I have a Shield of the Wing armor 16, damage recieved -2 (4% chance), that requires tactics 9.

This is a good shield, but I know there are shields out there that are better. This one is good since it, only requires tactics +9.
