Hi,
I got an error message as I entered my serial number from my freshly opened security card. (Obviously there's a working keygen in the net.)
I sent a mail to support.plaync.comand. So far so good. They asked me, where I bought the game. So far so good. After sending my response: NOTHING.
So I payed for the game and cannot play after 3 days.
MY ADVICE: FORGET ABOUT GUILDWARS AN SAVE YOUR MONEY

If push comes to shove, and you were really as angry as you seem to be, you would call NCsoft or Arenanet, whichever part of their company handles all this. Email them again if you have to.

Or call up the store where you purchased it. Make yourself a pain in the behind until they fix it.

God, what is it with these people. One little hiccup, and it's possibly something they are doing wrong anyway. Why do they blame everything on Anet and GW.
Ok, not everything is perfect, but there are many many people out there playing GW without a hitch.
Could be that the code you have may not be on the system due to updates they have done or whatever reason you want to give it.
But don't give up at the first signs that you actually have to do some work to get your game running.
If you don't like it, leave the game, send it back to the shop(Probably can't do that now you have the code), or as the others say, be a little more persistant.
