where is the longsword 15%dmg when hp>50%

the jade mandible one is 15% enchanted, the bleached one is 15% in stance, so where is the collector for >50? and what is the item needed?

I got my longsword with +15% dmg when health >50% from the collector at Maguuma Stade for 5 Mossy Mandibles...

Hmm - nope that just 14-20.

I'm also trying to find the location of the collector that has the 15-22 dmg longsword with the 15%dmg over 50% hp mod.

that's where I got mine a couple of patches back - it only comes up with the mod once you get it...

Yeah, its deffo there but its 14-20 damage.

I heard there is a longsword with 15-22 dmg and the +15dmg over 50% hp mod.

Thats the one I been trying to locate
