About the Update on 15k armors...

I have a set of 15k druids armor...now it looks just about the same. In the update posted on guildwars.com it says the skins will be remade. Does that mean that if I already have the 15k set, it will be remodeled? Or only if I buy it after the update it's remodeled? Thanks.
