hundred blades

hundred blades was very weak at wpe but now its elite so i wanna know if its worth cathing thnx

Hundred Blades in my experience is pretty awful. I don't bring it to PvE OR PvP.
Reasons:
It attacks foes adjacent to your target. They have to be RIGHT next to it and standing in front of you. if they are more than one foot away from you, sorry, out of luck, not going to hit them. Cyclone Axe kicks the crap out of it. hundred blades has no range, or damage. It's actually really pathetic. Not worth the elite spot on your skillbar.

While many people for some reason love hundered blades I prefer to use other elites like the oh so sexy Battle rage.

i'm wondering if they put 100 blades as elite because combined with flourish or even IW it could be a very very strong non elite skill. the value from 100 blades comes more from adrenaline and/or health gained per hit like when its combined with live vicariously.

Yeah 100 is good for the adrenaline, not for the dmg dealt. Why make it an elite in the first place, you could get the bloody thing from the ascalon trainer in beta.

100 blades is not that good at all, i prefer to carry healing hands on my w/mo rather than to waste the elite spot. Barrage is teh equivalent ranger skill found MUCH earlier and it is so much better.

As far as i can remember hundred blades was made elite after the commotion over Illusionary Weaponary.
When people found this, a large amount of 'omgwtfwoot' came up and everyone started planning to spam melees with iW hundred blades for 80 damage to everyone.




Then they made it elite, and everyone cried.

then the people who had been waiting from level 1-20 to get it and got it ..cried when they got it and realised how crap it was
