Heal Area will heal anything in the spells radius, including monsters, henchmen, and pets. Try that one.

Yes, you can heal Necro minions with any Monk spell, as long as you target them. (Or in Heal Area's case, are near to them.)

To further supplement this: a well placed healing breeze can stop even the worst of the Necro minion's health draining. Generally, you have better things to do, but if you are flush with energy, it's certainly not too difficult to keep a few minions going for a few more minutes.

Or stick to blood of master and some self healing?
So is it the reason why many Necro choose warrior (healing signet, free healing) or monk?

Bear in mind however that the health drain on necro pets increases over time. The longer the pet has been around the faster its health degenerates until eventually you will not be able to keep up with the degen - even with Mending and Healing Beeeze stacked.

But as digital says you can certainly extend the life of your pets with Monk healing. What you can't do, sadly, is keep one of them around indefinitely. My main is a Mo/N and I played around a bit with Necro pets before deciding they just didn't suit me.

I'm a N/Mo and while I can heal my minions i found it was a much better use of my time to simple quickly go from battle to battle and raise new ones to keep my army going as opposed to just healing them for the exact reason EinValentine mentioned. It costs more energy to try and upkeep a minion army than it does to just raise new ones.
