Mirror Self

Is there some trick t beating your mirror self? My mirror self hits twice as hard and seems to have twice the armor I do.

There's a lot of threads on this topic on the forums....try a search, lots of good hints there.

What are you? The "trick" depends on what class you play, think outside the box, don't overcomplicate it, etc. I beat the mirror as my Monk with only one skill on my bar.

Can I ask what skill that was Keira?

Healing Breeze. Put it on yourself before you touch the 3rd stone, then just keep recasting it when it runs out, and whack the mirror with your wand. I took 3 attempts to do it, the 3rd time I tried this and it worked

As a W/R, I did it in 7 seconds on my second try.

The trick for this combination is to thake lots of high damae skills you can fire off as soon as you get to your mirror self. Also take Healing Signet, and Frenzy. The Mirror self tents to use Healing signet once they have lost a quarter fo their heath, they also use frenzy. Both of these mean your doing double damage with criticals, after you ahve fired of your 3rd high damage skill. If you can keep the high damage skills goign you will take him down in less than 10 seconds, because th Mirror self trys to use healing signet, and if you resduce your tactics, it won't heal as much as the double damage will do.

So Healing Signet and frenzy are you dud skills which the AI uses and you can take advantage of with skills that add around 30 additional damage. once the AI uses healing signet you can be doing 100+ damage hit if your lucky.

The AI tends to take note of the posative effects of skills but not the negative effect. If you take lots of skills which offer significant penities, the AI will more than likely use them, and you can take advantage.

I beat him in 35 seconds. It's easy to beat him, butyou have to figure out HOw to beat him.

I'm a monk/ranger.... and I beat my mirror today after about 8 tries of different skill combos.

I loaded up with all the Nature enchantment spells... and let him cast all of them, they affect us both equally. Meanwhile I had retribution on and I was hammering him while he was loading up on all the Nature enchantmets.

Took awhile, 2 minutes or so... certainly not blindigly fast.... but it did the trick.
