Elite Skill - Power Block

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyones managed to capture this elite skill yet?

Apparently its at perdition rock and lyssa's cursed uses it but i've been there about 5 times now and lyssa's cursed hasnt used the skill once!

I'm running out of patience . If anyone else knows where to get this skill if you could let me know that would be great.

captured, we was 2 with henchs
lyssa's cursed cast it only one time when you cast the first spell, i suggest to use a "long cast" one
