Funny thing is, he was yelling that he needed a party for Elona's, so I invited him, told him to calm down and right after we started the mission, he left. I noticed his level only after. 
We still finished the mission though.

This has been posted before, if someone loses conn during a mission, it often takes his level; then adds how many times he's "leveled" since 20 (skill points acquired through experience) and shows what his level would be without the cap...

Peoples from what I know this is a bug, I saw 3 people in one district of Amnoon Oasis yesterday above level 20, it said they were level 20 in-town and I was like "what the hell is up with that peoples?" And then I partied with them, and it went to 20 when we entered the zone...

i have a same picture but hes lvl 22 its just a bug when he left. i would host it but my imageshack is being dumb lol
