Mes/Ranger Atribute and Skills?

I'm thinking about making my Mes into a Mes/Ranger (haven't chosen my second profession yet). I was planing on player her as 'healer protection', using Domination and Wilderness Mastery skills (could lay a few traps, hinder a few hexes). I was wondering if anybody else has tryed this and if so what skill combinations seem to work best. Or if maybe using different atributes together would work better.
