Does "Watch Yourself!" effect yourself?

Does anyone know for sure if "Watch Yourself!" only effects other party members and not yourself?

"Watch Yourself!" (Shout) Party members near you gain +20 Armor for 5..10 seconds.

Yes, it does. And just from memory, it has a radius approximately the same as Heal Area.
