The Vallainy of Galrath

Yeah, I read the change-log last night and I was mildly upset. I completed the quest with my level 18 E/Me and a pick-up group and it was tough. We all worked pretty well together and I think that's what really got us through... that, and a really good Monk, who we thanked quite a bit afterwards.

After defeating Galrath, which was disappointing because I expected a big, nasty battle, I saw the 500xp reward pop up and almost choked. Granted, Galrath is a wuss, but you have to beat through a ton of undead to get to him... I thought it should be worth a lot more than a measly 500xp.

I think those of us who have already completed it should get 3500xp for free .

I was so upset when I found that out right after finishing the quest. After I just finished the quest, I went to Lion's Arch to see Sergio. After accepting and getting 500xp, I notice the red message in chat box saying to restart GW because new build is released. I exit, update game, and started reading the update list. Low and behold, update quest, Galrath 500xp to 4000xp. OMG!!! I demand my 3500xp!!!

level 16? madness friend. But at that level the exp. is definately worth it. Myself, I continually got owned (by the AI pathing bug * now fixed *) at level 20.

if any one would be willing to group with me for this one, let me know.. now that is't worth 4k I'll think about dying a few times for it!

never bothered with it, simply because i go from about lvl 17 to lvl 20 when i ascend. takes way too much time and effort for purely xp. However, if it was a skill-related reward... I'm there.

That's really blows!

I thought I had it bad only finishing the quest Monday night. (After giving up on it previous night, group re-joined and completed it Monday.)

I wish those who completed it could at least get a consolation prize, like an automatic yellow drop on the next login.

Oh well......
