I am having trouble locating the Collector who gives you the 10/20/20 Inscribed Domination Staff in exchange for Azure Remains. Could someone please point me in the right direction?

I don't know where the one is for Azure Remains, but if you're desperate for an identical staff, there's a collector outside of Augury Rock that gives one. I forget what you have to give, though, but it's nothing too hard to find.
