Smite Monks

What is the point of having a monk with this massive amount of power? seems a little over balanced.

Not sure if there is anything on these or not.

They are? I often find them more of a burden in pve than an actual aid.

Burden? Smiting monks are much better than most other classes when played properly. I guess people just don't know how to play. Of course, I could equally say that all mesmers, necromancers, and elementalists suck, cause I rarely see any of them that know what they're doing either... Infact... the general GW population really sucks. Someone teach these people how to play! hurry!

There are ways to include Smiting and healing in GW.
I have 11 Healing Prayers, 11 Smite Prayers, 7 Protection Prayers and 12 Divine.

So I can hang with a party and keep them all alive with the addition of having equipped Zealots Fire and Balthazar's Aura. Mobs go down fast.

So lets not throw the baby out with the bath water.
