Slight clipping errors

This may be really fickle of me, but I'm often put off sets of armour that have minor clipping errors, such as the guild cloak clipping under the armour, as seen in the 15k platemail warrior's cuirass, and the ringmail warrior's leggings clipping into the leg. It's not really anything major, but it'd be great if something was done about it :\

I really wish A.net would bring back the scarfs/bib things in the betas... those were much smaller and some some of the classes like elementalists... much better too.
