Anyone know where a collector for holy staffs is where i can get the max 20/20 healing holy staff. Or do i have to find it in drops. if i could get an answer to this would be greatly appreciated.

It seems so far none has been found, only divine favor and smiting ones =/

Side note: Loot on the south exit of camp rankor.. there are things there that use lots of monk skills, thus you'll get lots of monk drops. And they're high level so you'll eventually get something good.
