Better drops from chests and bosses

As it is now, they are like any other kill or close to it. There's no fun or incentive in finding chests or killing bosses. I know it's probably like this because of farming, but they need to come up with a better solution than making the game less fun for the general player.

I'd like to see a little more gold from chests and preferabily at least one item per team member. It'd be nice if boss monsters had an item for everyone. Increased charr hide drop rate would be good; at level 17 and hunting for hides for crafting, I don't need carvings or some of the junk drops. I try to sell some of the lesser powerful drops but people only care about max damage this and max damage that, then they start paying through the teeth. :|

The only thing I see as a must is quest monsters that drop quest items should drop a quest item for everyone in the group. Some of them only drop one item and your group may have to redo it a few times.

Bosses drop multiple items. A boss drop is a higher chance that you will get an item, whereas normally you would wait eons for the reservation system to give you an item. There is a chance that every single item the boss drops (once a boss dropped 4-5) is reserved for another player, though.

And another incentive to confront bosses is to capture skills.
