Overall, I enjoy Guild Wars more than any other online RPG I have played; including EQ, EQ2 (gah!) WoW, CoH, Lineage2, and a few others. However, there are a few immediate glaring deficiencies I wish to address - tell me if you agree:

1.) Text field UI:

It's god-awful. The text is small, fuzzy, and impossible to read on higher resolution monitors. (I run 1600 x 1200 & 1280 x 1024) Coupled with the transparent background, the ability to convey messages in GW is hazardous, irritating, and infrequent at best.
Solution: Save our eyes! Give us a black background or bigger fonts!
2.) LFG switch needed.
Tired of the spamlicious idiots in every major area screaming LFG! LFG! LFG!?
I sure am - I cant speak to anyone without their reply being immediately kicked off the text box as the "noobtards" flail about, demanding immediate attention to all their needs!
Solution: Give us a simple switch /lfg that will post the letters (or icon) above our heads.
Those are really my only two complaint in this otherwise captivating and interesting gameworld ~ Keep up the great work GW!~

May your skills prevail,

They have the seek party command in Final Fantasy XI Online. It works great the command places an icon over your head saying your seeking party, It also makes you visible on the map as seekign party and it makes you searchable. In Final Fantasy XI you can search for all the people in a given zone that are seaking party. Something like that would be very useful in any Multiplayer RPG, and it would cut down on spam. In FFXI you almost never see people shouting "LFG for quest!".
