Is there a way to sell a guild hall? Get the sigil back? anything?

I know I could invite someone and make them leader and have them pay me, but I don't think it would be that easy to trust someone.. any help would be great. Thanks.

Yea I could, but I am sure nobody I'd find would pay first. I know I am not paying first, been scammed way to many times to do that anymore.
