Feedback on new Rules in Selling Forum

This thread is to condense any feedback and/or comments.

Nice idea. I think. Maybe the main forum can also be used to discuss items, which mods are best, why people only want to buy max damage items, etc.

It will be used for that - right now its locked to force people to use the subforums.

I think it's a good idea. I have not used the trade areas much, but when I did it was helpful.

Just a note, the guidelines still apply to the forums.

Well it clearly helped the people trying to buy stuff as the traffic in there hasn't move much, however selling is still moving way too fast.

Can mods close threads for titles like "OMFG GODLY UBER AXE". Using the word uber should be an instant perm ban . But seriously...

Question: when are the main forums going to be unlocked for general discussion? It's been a little longer than 4 days now I think.

Yes, mods can close threads that spam that MCS. =)

I think that Price Checks should be put on the main forum because it isn't an actual sale offer...

Get ready to start deleting threads when you open it up -- I'm still getting the occasional PM from confused users wanting to know why they can't start a thread in Ventari's Sell to sell their stuff. Perhaps a slight name change is in order.
