Guild hall questions for guild leaders

I'm thinking of buying a guild hall, current price = 82,100g+/-. First of all, I know that in a month or two it will be less than half that price, but anyway heres my questions:

Does a guild hall offer extra storage besides the in game storage agents?

If I decide to disband my guild and start a new one, do I keep the guild hall if I buy it? Is the guild hall "mine" since I use the sigil, or is it gone if I start a new guild?

2. No the guild hall belongs to the guild and will be destroyed, sigil and all, with the guild.

logical, so purchasing a guild sigil for a 1 man guild is pointless.

so, the only way to get a sigil, is to win one from the HoH, which is where guilds that already have a sigil are always fighting...really why not give away a sigil when you ascend or beat the game?

Well the alternate and sometimes more practible route is to buy a sigil. This either from the trader or other players, hopefully not ascending 80k too often. But yes buying yourself a guild hall would only tell people that you have money or luck.

I really hope they change the sigil thing, right now its ridiculus.

There is almost no way to win a sigil inthe HoH, since so many good guilds control what happens there. The only other option is to grind and farm for two weeks, get the necessary gold, and buy it. And I thought ArenaNet wanted to eliminate grinding altogether?

Anyway, I too have a question about the Guild Hall. If it doesn't offer you extra storage, what does it do?
