WTB Sundering Bowstrings with 10% Chance

Just as this says, I am looking to purchase Sundering Bowstrings (the armor ignore ones) with 10% armor ignore (all are 10% here) with a 10% chance. I am purchasing only 10% chance bowstrings.

Since there exists that one thread per 5 days rule, I am editing in that I would also like to purchase a Flatbow with the mandatory stats of:
15-28 Damage
Damage +14% or 15% (While Health is above 50%).
Gold.
The bow must have this damage and one of these two damage bonuses, nothing less. Post your bow that you would be willing to sell, I'll get back to you about it. I don't care too much about the Bowstring/Grip mods, but I'll pay extra for ones that dont suck. And seriously, I am not buying any customized bows... I have had two people try to sell them to me thinking I wouldn't notice...
