It's 40k max depending on req. And that's if it's gold (people like gold coloring

). If blue, anyone can put cheap mods on a max fellblade and get it there for it drops to 10k max.

15-22 Fellblades go for 3k, the 10/7 mod is worth about 500 gold, and the +20 something is worth about 1.5k. So about 5k, assuming its blue.
