Rez signet out of presearing

anyway to get a rez signet once you are in post searing?

I think the skill trainer in Ascalon (post-sear) will sell you one for a skillpoint and some gold.

yeah... it's around. If it's not in Ascalon then just keep your eyes pealed for it, you'll find it.
