Also looking for good skills stats curse/inspiriation, if has anythign else will not buy. General improved skills is fine as well. All other mods +hp or +energy type stuff is irelevant.

I think this isn't quite what you are looking for, but maybe it is close enough...
I've been hanging on to this for a while not really knowing what to do with it since it has so many mods.
