Just wondering if there is any kind of PvP reward system in place. Do you get money, exp, learn new skills etc?

yes you can get xp if the eprson you kill is below you, but does it realy matter? seeing how the cap is 20 and all, and no i dont think there are any prizes, or loot as of yet and im not sure if you can get new skills that way or not, mainly from quests i think

In tombs you get fame. After a certain level, you get staff with a goat head on top of it. As you get more, it gets shinier. For winning GvG, you go up in rank on the ladder. The ladder system is similar to Warcraft 3.

Don't you also get the item for creating a guild for free when you win the last PvP stage? (I'm completely drawing a blank on what everything is called right now). It never dropped for me so I don't recall it's name.

Yes, when you win the Hall of Heroes someone in your party get the Celestial Sigil which allows them to get a Guild Hall.
