MontrousFangs/Claws?

What on earth are these for? Rare Crafting Material. No idea what I should craft with em' 18thMo/Me...but mainly monkey

I had a monstrous fang for awhile, eventually just sold it to the vendor. Luckily it sold for 100g :P

I have been wondering the samething. I have yet to find a collecter/crafter that wants them either. So for now I just pile them in storage and think of them as easy money for the future.

They are crafting components for some of the 15K armor - cant remember which ones though.

Lets hope ranger because I've got a pile of them and plan on getting 15k once I get her that far.

the 15k uses ectoplasm and obsidian shards, not monstrous anything. I'm guessin that the monstrous claws/fangs/eyes are similar to rubies and sapphires in that they will possibly be used in the future of guild wars.

I'm running out of storage space (even with 1 mule character), so I'm considering to sell my Monstrous Claws/Fangs/Eyes.

Tell me a reason not to.

A possible / rumoured future update is not exactly what I'd call a good reason, although the price would probably skyrocket.

yeah ive been holding onto my monstrous fang.. watching the trader buy them from 100g to 600g now.. interesting..

I've gotten several and just sold them right away, but since it's maybe of use in the future do we know what exactly DROPS the monstrous claw/fang?

15k armor uses a variety of ingredients.

Obsidian Shards and Ectoplasm Globes are just for the "Obsidian" type.

I've gotten monstrous fangs/claws/eyes from all sorts of mobs. It doesn't seem to be specific to any one type.

isn't claws used in place of obsidian shards for ranger and necro? I believe so

Last I was aware, ranger armor still needed shards.

I recall getting a Claw a day or two ago, sold it to the trader since I can think of no other use for it
