# of Mods (not upgrades) on *Wands*

I read on GWonline that a Wand could have up to 2 mods. (It said 4 for a staff). However, I have heard from a few people that wands can only have 1 mod. Could someone clear this up.

Wands dont have any upgrades at all... sorry

the wand im using right now was looted with 4 upgrade stats on it but you cant add any upgrades or extract upgrades on or to wands

The wand I have has 3 mods to it.

10% damage increase
Faster casting (like 10% I think)
Faster recharge ( same as the casintg one)

then I customized it for my 20% dam increase.

The most I have seen is 3.
