I was wondering does your builds have Resurrection signet? I was looking through i lot of cool and intresting build and realised i haven't seen one build apart from some* monk builds(which is just resurrection) that have resurrection signet so am i BLIND or is it just no one likes to support teammates when they're dead...

Resurrection Signet is a one-shot skill (it can only be used once per mission) that takes up a full slot on your skill bar, effectively meaning you're restricted to seven worthwhile skills. It has a ridiculously long cast, and resurrected allies come back with only a sliver of health, so if they're a high-priority target they're not going to survive once you raise them, anyway. Resurrection Signet, even in PvE, is trash. Absolutely worthless.

Y'know, you're asking a lot of really simple questions as of late. Rather than clogging up The Riverside Inn, post in Questions & Answers, preferably putting all your questions into one thread. It prevents The Inn from getting clogged up with stuff like this, mate.

I would certainly get it..it comes in realy handy in early exploration and missions. When you get more experienced you may want to use the slot for another skill, but untill that time it is very usefull.

As valuable as the 8 skill slots are, it's not worth the space. Those kinds of things are better left for monks ... NPC or otherwise. One-time-use = not worth it.

It's a lot easier just to completely do over what you're trying instead of waste that slot. NPC monks rez too so it's not like you can never get a rez unless it's from a player.

I've actually taken it along on a few of the Co-operative mission, more when we only have 1 healer type (which happened a lot in the early 4 to a team missions). Once healer(s) are gone most of the time our team was dead in the water. I did use it a few times to rez. them. If I was in a stong healer team anyway that was when I changed it for a stonger attack skill. For me it all depended on what type of team I was in.

Res Signet is only of any use in PvE. None of my non-Monk builds have it. Also, all my Monk builds have Restore Life.

Where do you get Ressurection Signet?
You can only use it once per mission? How does it work?

You get the signet from the healer outside Ascalon City in the prelude.

It works like any other skill, except that after you have pressed it once in a mission, it won't reactivate again until you return to the outpost.

That's incorrect. It used to be true but now, whenever you kill a boss you'll gain a 2% Morale bonus and you'll also have all your skills recharged. This includes the Rezsig so you can use it more than once inside of a mission as long as there's a boss to kill.

Very useful and something probably no PvE build should be without.

I made the mistake of purchasing the rez sig from the skill trainer in searing Ascalon, unaware that there was a very simple mission that gets it for you free right near the start of the game (it wasnt really my fault, as I started the game in searing, and never got to go through pre-searing for some reason). It's very useful when you first get it, but as the game progresses, it becomes less important. Once you get a solid team formed, it's the monks job to have rez spells take up space on his skill bar anyways, and you should fill yours up with skills that help you contribute to your team. I used mine through level 10, but after that it's pointless really. I rarely used it, and when I did, it wasn't very effective. If you find your the last man standing usually, and your not a monk, then use it. Rez the monk so your party can continue on.

Very true. I find that it won't hurt your build a lot to put it as your last skill in PvE. Seven spots is more than plenty to have for your "combat" skills, and then the last for Ressing. Some missions are just so annoyingly long and hard (or were hard) that it really sucked to have to do it over just because no one would bring the signet for when the monks died.

Definately a waste in PvP, though.

You know it's funny, but I had a Res Signet as a default with my char. I do find it useful on PvE missions. If your monk dies what do you do? As for standard missions it can get ugly and what happens if everyone in your party dies and your the last left...Opss YOUR NOT A MONK? OH WELL! (DIE = RESTART MISSION)
