How do you get to the Amnoon Arena?

Simple question really

I can see a swirly teleport on the local map located behind the gate - but I can't get through the gate.

I don't think the Fort Koga arena, Amnoon oasis arena, and fire island chain arena exist any more. They all became one arena called the competative arena in lion's arch
