I want to buy a staff that has the following mods:

Energy +10
+20% Casting Speed using Healing Prayers (20% chance)
+20% Skill recharge using Healing Prayers (20% chance)

I do not want any staff wrapping or head mods w/ this, and I will not pay extra for it, so if you have one w/ mods and you want extra for it, please do not post.

Either post w/ your asking price or post and I will make an offer.

EDIT: Somebody told me this doesnt exist outside PvP (which i doubt) but if it is impossible please tell me

I saw somebody selling it once, but I can't seem to find it again. Wish I had the money at the time, as the staff is the final piece I need in making the "ultimate" character that I want.
