chat spams - keyboard shortcuts

i've noticed that many ppl during PvE or PvP spam specific info during play. i.e. "my energy level is 15 of 80", "i'm using resurrection signet", "i'm following so and so". how r they doing this? r ther keyboard shortcuts for this kind of spamming? i cant bellieve they r typing this stuff again and again.

Hold down Ctrl, and click/perform certain task would give you those messages.

For example:

Ctrl-click on energy bar: gives you the energy message.
Ctrl-click on skill/Ctrl-skill key: give you "I'm using Blah blah blah".

And so on.

srry, dont understand "perform certain task". is that a window on the gui?
