it must have 9 str req or less, 16 armor
it must have damage reduction while enchanted and one of the following:
life while enchanted
life (unconditionally)
quick recovery from blind/weakness
+1 swordsmanship (20% chance)
look doesn't matter much to me but will be taken into consideration
