Why does this company hate rangers?

I got marksman wager elite skills. It gives me 7 energy on a shot I hit but I lose 10 energy if I miss. So i get the skill and I goto use ignite arrows.. LOL it over writes marksman wager? What the hell? Its not like thats some over powering thing? Sigh, I don't get it...

Preparations don't stack.

I got battle rage elite skills. It gives me more adrenline on a hit and also gives me a 25% run speed boost but I lose all energy when it ends. So i get the skill and I goto use it while frenzied.. LOL it over writes frenzy? What the hell? Its not like thats some over powering thing? Sigh, I don't get it...
