New Accounts?

So, once the game is out, and I pick up a box, can I make multiple accounts with that box? Or is it like EverQuest, World of Warcraft, etc.. and the box includes a CD-Key that is only valid for one account?

Your assumption is correct, the box will come with a CD-Key that will allow you to create one(1) account.

And similar to other RPG's you get 4 characters with that account.

As of now, yes, there are four characters, but let's hope they will add one or two more per account.

What would be nice is 1 character for each class. That way everyone gets to mix at least 1 of each.

Yes, people have mentioned this before. If they felt that would be too much for release, I think that would've been at least great for beta to try out all the primaries and not have to worry about what to delete. 6 would be great for release, 5 would be good too, but if they stuck with 4 I would still be satisfied. I know what I want to make, I just get tired of deleting current characters to try new characters. Hopefully it won't be a problem with release.

So far the official FAQ says only around 4 (as my first post in this thread points out). Rumors are just that... rumors. All we can do is have our fingers crossed and wait until they give us a definate answer (if they haven't already and I just don't know it).

4 is the number upon release, they did this so if you want more than 4 char's you will need to buy another account, also they wouldnt change it so close to release

you can have any number of accounts just buy a game for each and use a email subaccount for it or a separate email address
