WTB Basic max damage rare bow.

Ok, want I want is very basic, a 15-28 Gold Rare Longbow, low end upgrades or none at all, no %'s at all, maximum needed marksmanship of 10, prefer 8. Reasoning, I refuse to pay more then 1.5K for a bow these days, and I have had two along these lines, each was only 1K, the ideal price quote I'm looking for here.
