Guild Arena Perhaps?

A few guild wars players and myself think it would be a good idea to add a guild arena. An arena where it is reserved for just people in your guild. That way you can practice against friends. Where you can test out different combinations in the safety of your own guild. I dont think it would be wise for the battles that take place there to give exp. Perhaps call it a practice hall, not an arena, that way players will not expect any experience points from any battles. Maybe make it so its also smaller like 2v2 or 1v1. Just some thoughts that would greatly increase the fun for those who do not exactly openly trust other players in the game.

Whats everyone elses opinion on this?

definately no exp. so easily exploited. I agree with you on all points, except that since guilds will reach up to 100 people, I think the limits should be the same as whatever the limits are on other PvP modes. (if 8v8 then GH battle = 8v8, if later we can do 20 v 20 then guild hall battle = 20 v 20) This way we can actually test out full team tactics and skills.

Yes, this is a great idea. But it would be a large update...so I'm not sure if the dev team will be able to fit it inside a daily update sort of thing...hope they can though. It'd be nice to go to a 1 v 1 arena where I know everyone(me being the infamous guild leader MWA HA HA HA HA HA *cough* *hack* stupid starbursts)

I've seen a lot of topics about this over multiple forums, so hopefully the dev team gets the idea that it is highly demanded by the community :P

I completely agree. A chance to practice on smaller scale and learn new strategies.

I was thinking more along the lines of slaughtering everyone in my guild to prove im the best but I guess new strategies works too

It might also add more for guilds to set up amongst themselves. Mainly 1 v 1 ladders(guild only). And, if the guild is really hardcore pvp, then it would have multiple ladders to pick out their best warriors, healers, etc for when they go HoH. This would make it INCREDIBLY easy for the hardcore PvP guilds to straighten out who deserves to be on their team the most.
