Felblade dye

I know if you dye a chaos axe with different dyes it will effect the glow of it, but I was wondering if dying a felblade had the same type of effect since it has a similar sort of shimmer to it. Has anyone dyed a felblade before, and if so did the blade change color or was it strictly the hilt. Thanks ahead of time.

I dyed mine green and the shade is all over the sword now.

Green + blue + purple
