WTB Max damage axe with either 18% (or higher) damage while health is above 50% OR 18% (or higher) damage while in a stance. Preferrably in a stance.

You're only going to find +18% Max Damage with a "While Hexed" or "Health Under 50%"

Probably your best best would be a +15% "while in stance" , "while health >50%", "while enchanted",

or a super rare "+15% always" with a negative mod

such as armor -10 while attacking
energy -5
-1 health/energy regen

Really? I thought all those added damage bonuses went to 20%? I guess I was wrong...
