Another Character creation for just storage how??

How is this done,

I tried to creat another character, i just click on creat and
made a new one then played for awhile but couldnt get back
to my Rota Ulave

everytime I login i go to the neww char
so I deleted the new one and back i am.

How do I do this right ??

I just need the new character for storage, they say after
i get himout of serring i can use his storage.

I do have 2 computers newworked do I need to install on the other computer
or can a do it on the same one as Rota Ulave?

I think it all has something to do with an account code.
Do i have to get another one? but isnt that the number on the inside cover of the disk???

Storage is shared between all your characters. Creating a new character will only help with storage if you intend to keep their bags full and not play with them. Which there's no real need to do.

I barely understand what you're talking about. All you have to do to make a storage character is take it to post searing so it can acces the vault. Then after that, move your items you want to store from your original character to the vault, and from the vault to the storage character. I don't know why you're trying to use 2 computers. You can only run 1 instance of the same CD Key at a time. Otherwise the game would be easily pirated.

IP spoof twin IP addresses for two computers on the same LAN and you can run multiple instances of the game at the same time.

Unless you have managed to do this, I am not sure how this would/could work with 1 key as you have to have a unique key on the network for each connection. The network would say something along the lines of that key is already being used by such <Insert the name of the account>. I have worked with folks who have created multiple instances of games on 1 machine but each had to have his/her own unique key or they would get kicked off of the network.

Ok OP who or what is Rota Ulave? When you say "Get to his storage", if you mean what the character is wearing then no you can't. Once you leave pre-searring you find the storage agent, pay a fee per character (I think its like 50 gold but its been awhile since I have started a new char.) and then you have access to a community chest. This means any char you have 1) must be in post searring and 2) in order for the char to access the account's community chest, they each have to pay a fee, its not a one time fee.

I'm sure they tie the connection to the IP address sending/recieving the packets. accept incoming packets on the second machine on only 1 port and you won't have trouble with IP discrepencies. It's just a thought I had while reading the thread...though im almost certain it would work if configured correctly. You'd essentially be connecting to the server twice on the same IP accepting incoming packets on seperate ports for each connection and blocking the ports the other machine was using. We used to do it to get around STEAMID Validation so multiple people could LAN using 1 SteamID.

This may be a dumb question, but have you clicked on your old character at the character selection screen? The last character you use will be at the front. If you click on the other one, he will come to the front and then your click on play.

The char you were playing last time will be selected when you login. All you have to do is click on the other char to bring him/her upfront, then click play.

Now this is one of the strangest posts.

To make a storage character...
1. Make a Character.
2. Get that Character to Post-Searing.
3. Buy bags and runes of holding.
4. Get to a storage (all 4 characters share one storage)
5. Remove items from storage to new character.
6. Smile and log out.

Simple isn't it.

the storage space doesnt offer alot of room

after vaulting all my craft materials, theres not much room for all the other stuff

- runes
- dyes
- collector materials
- rare weapons


I use one of the my characters as a "mule" to give myself more storage space

My problem was when I created the character (char 2 ) the first time
I only saw char2 on the screen after login. Just the Second the first was gone.

So I deleted the char 2 and got char1 back then asked the question


SO I just now restarted and re-created the char 2 now i have 2 Char and char 1 on the scren everything is ok. There must have been a glich in program as the 2 Char wherent on the screen at the same time. To click on them but now they ARE!!!! yeh
