It's a decent Bow. The Low req, max damage, and nice damage/health bonus (though not max) make it a keeper.
I personally prefer a zealous string on a short or half-moon. The rate of fire is more beneficial when combined with the zealous string.
The economy is so screwed that there is no telling what it could be worth. I wouldn't be surprised if it fetched upwards of 80k...

r0fl i bought this bow from a friend of mine for 5k 
he said he never had a ranger and he didnt want to bother tryin to sell it looks like i made myself around 75k.

depending on buyer...i have a ranger friend who says his bow is worth 150k, and i wonder...is it really possible to have a weapon worth more than the cash a character can carry?
