Worth of Superior Hammer rune?

I've seen Superior Sword Runes go for 60k+, would it be safe to say a Superior Hammer rune is worth 20k?

Worth is a tricky thing. What is worth something to one person, has zero value to someone else. If Hammer Mastery is an attribute you are working on, then the rune would certainly have value if the health decrease that comes with it is acceptable.
