3) Signet of Judgment (elite) - (0,2,30) Target foe is knocked down. That foe and all adjacent foes take 65 holy damage. This is an elite skill.
4) Smite - (10,1,10) This attack deals 46 holy damage. If attacking, your target takes an additional 22 holy damage.
5) Mantra of Inscriptions - (10,0,20) For 86 seconds, your signet rings recharge 48% faster.
6) Inspired Enchantment - (10,1,0) Remove an enchantment from target foe and gain 15 energy. For 20 seconds, Inspired Enchantment is replaced with the enchantment removed from target foe.
7) Energy Tap - (5,3,20) Steal 14 energy from target foe.
8) Ether Feast - (5,2,8) Target foe loses 5 energy. You are healed 27 for each point of energy lost.
any suggestions appreciated, build is for doing damage obviously, for both pvp and pve, still messing with the mesmer skills a little not set 100% on them but for the most part they look good, smiting skills im set on though. anyway take a look and lemme know

I have it the other way around - Mo/Me, and I've choosed Illussion from the mesmer line for quick cast DoT spamming. Works perfectly. Only problem is that most people when see Monk expect me to heal, so I guess I'll spend some points on Protection so I could at least throw some enchantment on mates from time to time ;-)

looks like a good and interesting build to play... why not put smite hex instead of energy tap? i dont think you will have much problem with energy.. or perhaps replace it with a res spell.
i'm guess you chose pri mesmer so you'll be less of a 'hot target'....
